Horse Boarding

We Are located 1/2 KM from Crawford Trails on a picturesque 18 acre parcel of land.  We offer outdoor pasture board which includes large pastures with automatic waterers and individual shelters.  The outdoor board includes high quality hay fed as required (we will also feed your grain), paddock cleaning, shared tack room with individual lockers, use of 100 x 200 outdoor sand arena and 60 ft round arena.  You can also upgrade to use the indoor riding arena by the time or by the month.

The indoor arena is 80 x 204 with “dust-free” footing. The roof is asphalt shingle, so you will never have to worry about snow sliding off the roof or the noise from rain spooking your horse.  This type of roofing also keeps the building cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter.  The indoor board includes 3 feedings per day, individual stalls with wood floors and runouts, stall and pasture cleaning, shavings, heated water in the winter months, pasture turnout by rotation, a heated tackroom for each side of the barn with individual lockers, infrared heaters in the alleyways, a mirrored wall in the arena to watch your progress, indoor wash stall with warm water wash, outdoor wash areas, lots of parking,  easy trailer turnarounds and use of all 3 arenas.

PRICING:

Pasture full board – $400 per month plus HST;

Indoor full board – $550.00 per month plus HST, April thru September, and

$650.00 per month plus HST, October thru March.

Day or weekly board available as well and each arena is available for rent 1/2 day or full day for clinics.
